RETAIL Sticks

HockeyStickMan offers a selection of retail sticks such as you'd find at any commonplace hockey store.   We do so to help round out our offerings and ensure that we're checking all of the boxes on what you might be looking for.  As an added bonus, we ship all retail sticks free of charge!

One-Time Full Replacement Warranty (30 days) - Retail model sticks are eligible for a standard 30-day manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date issued through HockeyStickMan.  An exact replacement of the original stick purchase will be awarded.  

If an exact replacement is not available in our inventory, the full purchase value of the stick before taxes will be issued in the form of a HockeyStickMan gift card credit.  This can be used at any point in the future towards replacement(s).

1. Customers must provide evidence of the broken stick, either by bringing it to an HSM location or filing a warranty claim within 30 days of purchase date. Failure to provide evidence of the broken stick within 30 days negates any eligibility for a full replacement warranty.
2. Any replacement stick, either given, or purchased with a full credit warranty, do not come with any coverage.
3. Please bear in mind that warranty parameters for retail sticks are set by the manufacturers themselves.  We are unable to be flexible with timelines as it is not HockeyStickMan that awards the replacement, but rather, the manufacturer themselves.

WHAT CLASSIFIES AS A BREAK

The following damage would classify as a broken stick eligible for warranty:

1. A complete break in the shaft or blade of the stick.
2. A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade of the stick that renders the stick unusable.

WHAT DOES NOT CLASSIFY AS A BREAK

A stick may have the following damage, but does not qualify for a warranty:

1. Surface marks or scuffing.
2. Cosmetic scratch in the shaft or blade that does travel through the carbon fiber.
3. Soft or  “Spongy” blades that still hold full rigidity.
4. Whippy or “whipped-out” sticks
5. A chip in the blade or shaft

Please note, warranty only applies in circumstances of breakage during routine use.  Items abused, neglected, or misused are not applicable for warranty.
