When fitting a hockey helmet, it is important to ensure a snug and secure fit without any gaps between the pads and the athlete's head.
MEASURING HEAD SIZE:
To determine the size of your athlete's head, follow these steps:
- Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around the athlete's head, positioning it just above their eyebrows and ears.
- Ensure that the tape measure remains level from the front to the back of the head.
- In case you don't have a soft tape measure, you can use a string instead and then measure its length against a ruler.
