What Stick Does Jack Roslovic Use?
Gear nerds, this is a good one ⬇️
Originally drafted 25th overall by the Winnipeg Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, Jack Roslovic spent 3 seasons in Winnipeg before getting shipped to his hometown Columbus Blue Jackets, where he spent 4 years with the Jackets. After getting traded from Columbus to New York to help the Rangers bolster their roster for a playoff run, Roslovic signed with the Carolina Hurricanes where he currently has 25 points in 28 games with the Canes.
This stick from Roslovic comes from his days in Columbus as it features the retail hyperlite graphic on a flylite and he has since been using a red hyperlite graphic for quite some time. It seems this stick dates back to 2022 which is super interesting considering he has the pro Zegras curve on it. Diving deeper into that, one of the first sticks we ever got with this curve was from teammate Kent Johnson back in December of 2022 so whoever had it first must have shared it around the team a little bit. We even called this curve the pro Kent Johnson for a while but since its surge in popularity it has become known as the Pro Zegras. One of our favourite things is watching certain curves travel around the league and this one is especially unique because the original name stamped on this mold way back was Fyodor Polishchuk, a European pro, but various players around the league have since tried the same curve and likely came to the idea themselves opposed to crossing paths with the Fyodor.
