What Stick Does Easton Cowan Use?
SPEC CHECK: EASTON COWAN 🤠
Leafs 1st round pick Easton "Cowboy" Cowan was one of 30 players named to Canada's World Junior selection camp roster last night. The London Knights forward impressed at Toronto's rookie camp this preseason, and has brought his good form back to the OHL with him, notching 36 points through 22 games so far this campaign.
At first glance, this Jetspeed FT4 Pro seems like it has pretty straightforward specs, but there are a couple of details that make it a little more interesting than your average low flex, P29 stick. Most notably, this stick has a senior length shaft, despite the smaller intermediate dimensions and flex.
We see 65 flex senior sticks more and more frequently these days as flexes trend downwards, but typically with a senior shaft rather than an extended height intermediate. The Cowboy namebar is a great touch as well, and is a nickname we can definitely see catching on with a big showing this year in Gothenburg.
With the World Juniors now less than a month away, we are starting to get excited for some great international hockey!
